Refund policy
- No cash refunds.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
- We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.
- Currently, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
- Please note that in case of credit card payment, you will receive your refund after the defective product has been returned and processed. Payment refund can take up to 15 working days from the time we have received returned goods.
- Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. Customer will be notified via email.
- Order enquiries will only be entertained within 15 working days after placement of the order.
- Claims and complaints of order will not be entertained after 7 days of delivery.
- Partial refund of orders placed through wallet accounts (Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Upaisa, Zindagi) & IBFT for the under-mentioned reasons will only be made via vouchers, that can be redeemed online.
